This place is a Hidden Gem! I was so hungry and I wanted to find a place in the area that not only serve food but healthy food! This is the place. There are lots of options for your dietary needs.. Not only was the staff very pleasant and helpful, but you could tell they actually enjoy their jobs and their fellow workers. All those things that I mentioned above are Big plus signs for me. I do not live anywhere near Rochester, But will certainly come back to eat here again when I am in the area❀️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down the best breakfast sandwiches around all they need is a breakfast sauce for the sandwiches! The focaccia bread is amazing, and the lemon white chocolate chip cookies are absolutely delicious. On top of that, all of the girls who work there are so friendly and welcoming. Great food, great service, and always a wonderful experience!

Focaccia for a breakfast sandwich, what! This is the cafe I've always been looking for ever since Leo stopped letting you have breakfast sandwiches on focaccia. Love the smoothies don't use milk products or fillers. This month's blueberry pomegranate is awesome and definitely ask them to add a banana. They also have some of the best prices in town.

Wow... The Sunrise breakfast sandwich is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had! Then went back for lunch... The OG turkey sandwich and organic lentil soup did not disappoint either! Pretty sure you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Wonderful, happy-to-help staff topped off a great eating experience.

Nice and interesting place. Convenient location in the business center, which allows you to quickly buy food during lunch. I really liked the staff’s attitude and approach to healthy eating. Everything was fine until I tried the sandwich, it was absolutely not salty, there was not enough flavor in it. But overall everything else is good
